Look, the point is that leftist organizing needs to be about smashing *all* hierarchies-- race, gender, ableism, etc.-- not just class. Otherwise, you just end up replicating the old oppressions, albeit in a different form, and the new boss is just the same as the old boss.

I agree with you almost entirely, but I think you need to be careful before buying into “smash the gender hierarchy” rhetoric when it’s coming from white women. There’s been an entire election cycle of this to study already. The same old boss herself made it her stock in trade

Last Thing: When "leftists" are willing to wield the hammer of homophobia against Pete Buttigieg or call Amy Klobuchar the b-word, it's just replicating the same cycle of power and control. So when the Dirtbag Left does that to attack neoliberals, we should be wary of it. :)
