A workplace that allows Nazis to express their views has become a workplace hostile to marginalized workers. It is entirely fair to fire someone who has made the workplace hostile.

Circling back around to this, I had a spat with a coworker today, and we were able to work that out. That's a better environment to work in than one with a very very polite Nazi. We argue, but we've never wanted anyone we worked with DEAD.
