I mean, they're still in the DSA, in online groups with other leftists, and are publicly perceived as leftists by most people? I agree that they don't act like leftists, but they still keep showing up, lol.

That seems like a good thing! Just made my day, actually. And I think different people have different avenues to radicalization, but I'd worry about the people whose first encounter with Marxism was via Stupidpol, either driving them away or (worse) sucking them in.
