I'm really glad, also if they keep hold of the receipts from those Proud Boys chats then Twitter can make a note to ignore targeted mass reporting in future. If anything, the temporary suspenson should keep them a little more protected in future.
It won't change twitter's mind. It has been brought to their attention repeatedly and the system is working as-designed. They'll still keep doing it because it lets them ban leftist and anti-racist accounts with the occasional high-profile walk-back like this one.
