Can you cite a source on that? To my knowledge, The Base shares several members with Atomwaffen, but is an umbrella org meant to provide practical training to white supremacists, not a part of AWD.

It's literally the same thing. Like how Al Qaeda had cells that were based around kidnapping people, and other cells based around interrogating those people and releasing the videos, and other people whose sole job was to recruit, etc, but all the same overarching group.
