There’s nothing “conservative” about this rally. These are literal hate groups with documented histories of violence, and the police are making sure they have a platform to organize.

They're right about the American Guard, but it's worth noting that the ADL are not the most reliable sources on the far right because they themselves are a far right group. For example, they have defended the white supremacist Patriot Prayer gang from charges of racism.
