At the risk of making a social faux pax, I find it important to note that not only did the Gersh family experience extreme terror from Anglin and his followers, but he held an entire state breathlessly in a state of suspension for over a month.

Not to mention lots of other businesses incurred their wrath, not only in Whitefish, but across the state in general. It was absolutely bonkers trying to organize a response to a threat that felt as real as a slap in the face but also ephemeral, in constant flux.
