Reminder that connecting the Jewish community as a whole to sex crimes was literally a staple of Nazi Germany’s Der Stürmer. These guys are little more clever— Der Stürmer frequently invented theirs, while Epstein’s crimes are real— but it’s the same antisemitic trick.https://twitter.com/DavidFutrelle/status/1148977685756022784 …

Chapo Trap House’s Matt Christman was getting in on this, too, invoking no fewer than four antisemitic tropes yesterday in his condemnation of Epstein’s plea deal. There’s no such thing as “ironic” antisemitism, folks. All of it helps mainstream hateful ideas.pic.twitter.com/OJgu7RA0ah

The goal is to desensitize people to antisemitism, the normalize the discourse, and push ever more extreme messages about the crimes of the Jewish community. And then from there, antisemites start to push a “solution.” This is exactly how fascism becomes accepted.

“Oh, but Christman didn’t know!” the Chapo fan boys are going to say. Really? It’s four antisemitic conspiracy theories in 280 characters. If really didn’t know, it’s because he didn’t care enough to find out what message he was pushing. And that’s still a real reach.

Replying to @AntiFashGordon
I dunno man, it's a big reach to put Molyneux and Christman in the same bucket

They put themselves there by spreading antisemitic conspiracy theories. Be mad at them, not me.
