Mine isn’t blocked! It’s a year old & I’ve gotten into arguments with Nazis on it even! And the only accounts I’ve followed since I opened are the ones I’d think he most likely do a block chain on. And my alt is even on some super super super extra Nazi blocktogether list!
They use a shared block list of about 10000 people. It includes everyone who has ever tweeted anything positive about antifascism plus a lot of miscellaneous Jewish people. Aimee Terese, if she was ever on thatvlist, was taken off it once their commonalities became apparent.
That’s what’s so interesting right like a dude that actively blocks people that disagree with him and/or are Jewish... huh. So fascinating that she’s not just not blocked, but he replies so approvingly. 
Good practice is to block all these jabronis in advance. That way you're free to interact with their account when you need to and ignore them all other times
