It’s because they don’t care about having the best, or most logical, or popular argument. They just want a platform they can use to recruit violent idiots. And they use those violent idiots to intimidate anyone who disagrees with them into silence. This is fascism.
This is also why we fight fascism by any means necessary. This is includes nonviolent protest, deplatforming, doxxing, and yes, sometimes smacking a Nazi. Why? Because the stakes are too high not to.
We don’t get a second chance at this. Once the fascists attain power they need to pull it off, the genocides will begin. And the state won’t help us here. See, the fascists may use illegal means to attain power, but that’s so they can become the state itself.
Their dream is to make all their violence legal. So we fight back with everything we’ve got *before* that happens.
Anyway, if you want to know more about who got deplatformed, see this thread. https://twitter.com/zei_nabq/status/1097338206658404352?s=21 …
I would deplatform the fascists too, what I don't like about this is, that some silicon valley billionaire decides about what is acceptable and what is not. They are not on our side.
They aren’t, which is why almost every one of these deplatformings is the result of a pressure campaign from activists.

More importantly why hasn't Procter & Gamble cashed in on this trend with diapers for reactionaries.
They do, if it gets more clicks.
