Literally no one has made the argument that that’s an inappropriate way to describe them. What we’re saying is that simply calling them a “fraternity” covers what they really are— a hate group masking itself as a fraternal drinking club.

so just checking back a bit... IGD's described the PBs as alternately 'the “Western Chauvinist” fraternal organization of the alt-lite' and the 'Alt-Right fraternal organization'... i get that the editor taking out her reference to it being a hate group sux, but not her fault.
