I don’t really want to tell you what to do, but if he’s a part of your community, it might be more productive if you talk to him and come up with a mutually agreed-upon plan for accountability, based on the input of those vulnerable people?

Seconded- I also vouch for him, fwiw. Josh has done nothing but show remorse & growth, both publicly & privately. I know witnessing change like this isn't always the easiest pill to swallow, but yeah, what Gordo said- take a look, his journey& perspective have helped me with that
