add in that it's a private fucking platform and they can just say they're abiding by their own set rules of governance. Basically, Nazis are users too and they don't want to lose them. Simple as that

Same logic as, “if we take guns away from domestic abusers we’ll have to take guns away from too many cops.” People get so close to having an epiphany about how screwed up things are and then they retreat to the status quo.
