Also just to clarify, what I meant was that spying on those particular fascists seems less necessary as everyone knows they’re fascists and they’re also morons and public figures. Not like the rando fasicsits that live on their anonymity
There’s basically two things that infiltration work clarifies— the first is just ID’ing anonymous or pseudonymous Nazis. The second is delineating the ties of public figures like McInnes to more radical violent wings of the movement and denying them plausible deniability.

(Does that make sense? I’m pretty sure that had I been in Chelsea’s situation, I would have made the same call she did— take the shot, and at least try to score some actionable intel.)
