      I still dont get the arguement against him. Yes, threats can cause emotional harm which can translate into physical symptoms (and this is /should be codified in the law) but threats are not violence. Words have to have meanings...

          I mean, "i will punch you" and me punching you are wildly different things. Depending on credibility of the threat the former should also be sanctioned but in a manner distinct from actual assault. Law is capable of doing this and does somewhat.
