I still dont get the arguement against him. Yes, threats can cause emotional harm which can translate into physical symptoms (and this is /should be codified in the law) but threats are not violence. Words have to have meanings...

1) I get that that makes sense but it neither makes sense colloquially, nor is workable in that it collapses two conventionally distinct things and harms our ability to talk about them clearly...
