All credit for that goes to @NYCAntifa, which was the first group to release Irv's full name. It was their dox of the Proud Boys after 10/12 where I first saw the photo.
(Also, Irv is technically Fraternal Order of Alt-Knights, the sister org of the Proud Boys, but same diff.)

This seems to be a photo of Irv in C'Ville with now-deceased Matthew Lyons who was Max Hare's friend & I think a roommate for awhile, before Proud Boys existed. Also Max & Matthew together at 2016 Inauguration. This NYT article is the first I'd heard that Max was in Portland.pic.twitter.com/vERQwoGf1T
