I don’t recognize it offhand. But Todd Biro and Horace Scott Lacy are in Niagara Falls. They love the Norse stuff— Todd’s got a Hammer of Thor tattoo on the back of his head. And they’ve been rebranding the Aryan Renaissance Society lately. Could be connected.
