Exactly! We need to disrupt the ability of fascists to organize in every way that we can. That includes coming out to oppose them in the streets and disrupting their sources of support, which includes getting them fired. We win by embracing a diversity of tactics.
and it's worth reminding people that GERMANY outlaws all this stuff. Forget the 'freedom of speech' argument; they recognize hate speech and fascism and racism. The US should, too, along with every other country.
