Oh, totally. Remember when Bill Clinton picked up the white Southern vote in 1992 by race-baiting Sister Souljah? And Hillary was calling Black teenagers “super predators”? The same people who ate that up— and their kids— are still there, just waiting for someone like Heimbach.
