Let me say-- this isn't a matter of not understanding fascists.
I understand fascists well enough to infiltrate, pass as them, attend their events, get their names, and expose them.
Fascists want the people I love dead.
And that's exactly why I fight them. 
I’m all for exposing people who want your family dead. Let me make that clear. I’m also open to conversations and trying to better understand why people feel the way they do, while hopefully shedding some decency and light into their dark, sad mind.
Because they hate non white straight men, and telling them that their hate is irrational isn't doing anything to help, they refuse to listen to "mainstream sources" and only listen to racist articles confirming their biases about "black on black crime" and "leftists/LGBT hate US"
