      2) Alt-right and alt-light organizing has two cornerstones-- nationalism and gender politics. Their nationalism isn't always white nationalism. We see multi-ethnic groups like Patriot Prayer and the Proud Boys organizing on the basis of Islamophobia and male chauvinism.

      My ex husband, who works in CA state government, believes in this kind of misogyny. It is so incredibly hateful, cruel, and sadistic that I am scarred for life.
