The issues is that (1) we then have to confront the idea that liberalism can defeat fascism, since leftists are written out of anti-fascist history, and (2) it leaves leftists in a weaker position to organize against capitalism once the fascists are gone. (But also, money!) $$$
Number 1 is such a major issue! We need to develop effective means to counter that narrative and the related "Just Vote" mindset. I have many #TheResistance followers and I welcome them if they're willing to listen to what I have to say; it's about working outside our sandbox.
