FOAK started in 2017 and Kyle Chapman is still tangled in legal issues around it at Charlottesville. He was a speaker and organizer of the April 15th 2017 event in Berkeley where RAM & Nathan Damigo joined him & other Proud Boys. There were people with them wearing Nazi symbols.
