I JUST wrote a paper about this and how regrettably more legal protections aren’t in place for bullying victims due to the 1st and 4th Amendments.
I really HATE it when I see good guys are smeared by the bad guys!

Yes for school (I’m one semester away from graduating). There have been attempts to curb cyber bullying but 1A protects bullies. A mother launched a bullying campaign against a teen who killed herself. No charges.https://mobile.nytimes.com/2008/11/27/us/27myspace.html …

Thanks. I remember that trial now. The mom was convicted. It is such a tragedy to lose a daughter. Very sad. Congrats in advance! Only one more semester to go. Yay.
