I will say, it's definitely a let down to see that so many people in the furry community are upset about supporting officers. Police are there to help. Yes bad cops exist, but the mass majority are good. However, I understand and will support your decision whatever it may be.

Shouldn't even be about the police, it's about the dogs. Fandom is about animals, it should stay that way, but clearly ideology triumph over the well being of animals.

I don't usually step in on these things but people don't like the police so they would rather put animals at risk for their gain?
