These so-called local projects are the corrupt political currency used by the RINO Establishment to control and bully weak members.

2/6 The determination of which projects get funded—and which do not—is based on whether members keep their mouths shut & abandon their conservative beliefs—or whether they do not.
Cowardly and obedient representatives that do exactly what they are told will get projects funded.

The total number of projects each member gets funded is often a DIRECT correlation of how cowardly and obedient they are.

5/6 …for these important conservative issues. They know that the Republican Establishment will DEFUND their local appropriations projects if they do so.
These “local appropriation bills” should be based on merit—not cowardice and control.
