I see how you do this. It's gov overreach if it isn't your idea (i.e. vaccine mandates), but if you tell a private company what to do, its not gov overreach. It demonstrates your complete lack of principles.

Interestingly my company may be taking a different path. No mandates, but I think they'll be adding a surcharge to the health insurance rates of the unvaxxed, just like smokers. I like this approach since it charges employees more for engaging in riskier lifestyles.
