Jesus, that's appalling.
Love how none of the auto-replies suggested are in the vein of "What the fuck, you racists"

@AAFLondon
Just to clarify it wasn't them who sent the email but the gallery. AAF have now withdrawn from exhibiting at this gallery next week and will not be working with them again.https://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/art/news/coronavirus-affordable-arts-fair-an-nguyen-asian-vietnamese-battersea-a9378481.html …
This is absolutely appalling.
Media has caused some ppl to just go bonkers over this coronavirus; I could understand if An traveled to a country where the density of the virus would potentially infect individuals directly but to use race as a means to suggest contagion is beyond wild - that’s simply racist.
Please @AAFLondon fire this racist member of staff. This is absolutely disgusting.
You’re not wrong, but I would imagine this reflects institutional racism within the organisation rather than “the act of one individual.” Let them be accountable to THAT rather than offloading one person and saying they “responded” and sidestep the issue IMHO.
The suggested responses don't include enough cursing, in my opinion.pic.twitter.com/ahnf0Hkda4
