Personal responsibility is undeniably an important factor, but the normalisation, celebration even and easy access of fast food is bonkers. What should be a naughty occasional treat, people are eating every day using apps like Just Eat!

It is easy to visually identify the frailty of someone like me, who is fat. The faults or weaknesses of others, like cruelty or intolerance, are harder to easily discern, but ultimately more damaging to society.
-
My mother starved me as a child because she was worried that I might get 'fat'. Years of eating disorders followed. What we're dealing with is prejudice and it should be recognised as such. That picture is a bad caricature of disability. Turner should be ashamed.
