That’s like...the cool part about smash tbh. The game loses some of its charm if dumb shit isn’t in the game. Degen tactics and kill combos are part of the smash experience it’s only in today’s twitter age where people bitch more than usual about it
I was honestly just joking, I couldn't ever see myself maining a different character. That being said, knowing that I'm the kind of person that loves meeting and being cool with everyone, it is a shame when I select Luigi at locals and my opponent is already frustrated lol

It’s mostly jims, you show up to tourneys and ask for friendlies most people will be chill with it. I’ve experienced the same shit with Yoshi back in smash 4 all the time where people would constantly complain about my character and back then I didn’t know how to deal with it
