Hey @TeamYouTube here's an idea. Why not have the real-time subscriber count reflect the highest subscriber count that channel ever obtained in real-time. That way, if it goes down, the cancel culture mob can't use it as a means to see their "downfall".

I don't disagree, though I can't imagine it's good for YT's servers to have all of those month long streams active at once. Oh and just to be clear, I think this whole thing is stupid because those streams are fun, I'm just trying to see it from their perspective.

There's probably thousands of other streams that you can't even find if you search for them that are running 24/7. Security, traffic, building, and wildlife cameras. It's the same issue, and I'd bet there are a LOT more of those.
