Elbakyan may have political views which seems controversial to someone, but that couldn't be a reason to to shit on her great work providing open access to academic world, and more of that, doing that with lies. Also such loose claims undermines any good APT investigation.

    >her critics say she has demonstrated significant hacking skills by collecting log-in credentials from journal subscribers buying academic proxies and accounts on the internet for sure is the most significant hacking skill available only to state-funded APT

Citizens would rise up in outrage if the government mandated that every person carry a tracking device revealing their location and identity 24 hours a day. Yet in the last decade we have become, app by app, subject to just such a system.

Regarding trademark "МТС. Афиша", commission already ruled that MTS could keep it. For and it's "Яндекс.Афиша" it's not clear yet, but Rambler has a little chance to win.

Rambler got into mood to fill claims to everyone. Now they don't like that & registered trademarks "МТС Афиша" and "Яндекс.Афиша" containing word "афиша" (common word, "poster" in Russian). Rambler owns "Афиша" trademark for it's

Mikhailov & Kaspersky appellation is finally over in High-Court. They are now officially sentenced as spies for 22 years and 14 years each. 3 years after the arrest and 10 years later after the story started. Reminds me this. с помощью

CIS FSB colonel treason appellation is tomorrow on 17th of December. Would be quite ugly if it won’t happen because of WEX/BTCe enraged users court bomb threats which don’t stop last 3 weeks for a day. That guy, after all, is the reason for their troubles.
