    I love how these news outlets deliberately ignore the part where American diplomat Daniel Foote said that US interference in , and the US imposing puppet regimes to undermine Haitian sovereignty and self-determination are the causes of Haiti's condition.

    BREAKING: President Joe Biden's envoy to Haiti resigns, citing the "inhumane" deportation of Haitian migrants from the southern border, U.S. officials say. Daniel Foote was appointed to the position in July.

    The President has directed USAID to "coordinate" the assistance to Haiti following the latest horrible earthquake. Great! USAID! Wait a sec—what happened after the last earthquake in 2010? What's USAID's track record in Haiti? Hmm.

    A magnitude 7.2 earthquake struck this morning. and have been briefed, and asked to coordinate the US response. Our experts are already on the ground assessing damage & needs. We’re moving urgently to respond.

    If there's anything that demonstrates the utter pointlessness and failure of the $7.2 billion, 13-year-long United Nations "peacekeeping" mission in Haiti, along with other forms of foreign intervention, it must be this.

    Haiti's President Moïse was assassinated by unidentified gunmen at his home, says the PM. Moïse had been ruling Haiti by decree after delaying elections, sparking protests that he illegally stayed past his term. The country is also facing growing poverty and gang violence.
