Should he bear some responsibility for the unplanned deaths that result from the planned bank robbery even though none of the plotters specifically planned to kill anyone? He did plan to facilitate a get away even if deaths resulted.

Totally agree. I think he should have some responsibility for deaths resulting from his violent criminal plot. But don't disagree that 40 years is probably more than enough. Your reply caused me to think you questioned his responsibility for resulting deaths. THANKS!!!
