You can still upload videos longer than 15 minutes. Only monetization-related features like Super Chat and Sponsorships won't be available as we're also strengthening these requirements.
@TeamYouTube If I'm losing my partner status, do I also lose my ability to upload videos over 15 minutes? I've been a partner for nearly a decade so I need to know what's actually happening.
