Here's the family of Deepak Marabi. Marabi died on 21 Dec 2020. His family says it's from the vaccine, as he took part in the trial in Dec.

2. Since Jan 2021, activists and journalists have been reporting that people in low-income areas been picked up and taken for the BB-ICMR trial, without their informed consent & given Rs 750.
Marabi's family alleged the same.

4. The post mortem report says Marabi died of suspected poisoning.
No details on what kind of poison and from where.
His family alleges his death was a reaction to the vaccine.

5. What we don't know/ Areas which can be denied:
a) Whether Deepak took part in the trial- His family doesn't have any papers. But many trial participants I interviewed said they weren't given their consent forms and other docs after they participated in trial ++

c) Whether his death, even if he took vaccine, was related to the vaccine or not
Politicians/Gov officials/Companies may seek to deny all of this.

Statement from Bharat Biotech last night confirmed:
a) Maravi was part of BB trial
b) Company said they wont disclose if he took vaccine or placebo
c) Company absolved themselves saying their assessment is that his death is unrelated to vaccine or placebo

Arbitrary treatment by India's drug controller: Serum Inst was asked to pause recruitment for its trial + add extra safety measures + it disclosed the adverse events, in 2020.
Bharat Biotech is not asked to do any of the same.

They actually murdered him nor given the componsation.
Problem of poor people are they go blind for money as family has broken after lockdown due to unemployment.
Gvt should take strict action against the culprit.
