I would hope they have a way to mass-select the videos to certify the intended audience age as I have over 1,6000 videos and there is NO WAY I could manually do it. Also, I'm sure YouTube will share more info as time goes on.

Annie, first my 13 year old loves your channel and second, no. As of right now the new rules@only apply to videos you create after Dec 31st when the rules take effect. Then you will have to self select on a video per video basis whether that content is specifically created 4 kids

Same 14 year old channel aimed at teens not children and no comments allowed. I think it’s channels that don’t have comments that’s how the machine processes it

If your intended audience is 13+ you should be fine. If it’s under 13 and self select (and you will be required to under FTC rules), your videos will no longer be suggested, have notifications, comments and personalized ads which is a high percentage of Ad Sense revenue.
