For the states that do so, Congress should pass a law that they are on their own for health care, and would not be covered by future developments like Medicare For All.

Block grants allow states to use funding any way they see fit which is not necessarily in the public interest. This has been done many times before and it has never benefited the people who were supposed to benefit from this program.

So how does this save the government money? If its allocated anyway? Im so confused. Which is what they want.
