I also find the Twitch extension Twitch Closed Captioning a great option. What I like about that is that if people don't want the captions, the viewer can minimize it.

Nice! Easy to use too. I added it to my stream now, and it's pretty fun to see what it thinks I say xD It uses the Microsoft text to speech provider it says.

I think you enabled the wrong one; "Captions (Experimental)" is the OBS built in one that uses MS, which is... bad. The one above is "Cloud Closed Captions".
