Untrue. Before COVID, NYS nursing homes were understaffed w/bare minimum supplies. NYS nursing home regs required bare min. With COVID there wasn't enough NYS focus 2ramp up nursing homes right away like hospitals. Cuomo was asked abt nursing homes but pivoted 2speak on hospitals

So basically Gov. Cuomo is saying HE should not be prosecuted, b/c there's probably no other single individual who is more responsible for NH deaths than Gov. Cuomo whose March 25 directive mandating COVID+ patients be admitted to NHs was effectively a death sentence for 1,000s.
