They are working on it, but it's still controversial to the car/freight druvees that want marginal way to be a freeway

I wonder what bus she's thinking of. Buses don't run on that street while they have access to the low bridge. And that wouldn't seem to be a great place to add a bus route even if Metro wasn't facing budget problems.
