Kindness seems to be what's missing from society at the moment. I've always found it's the tiniest of things that have the bigger impact on me.

We are bombarded everyday with ads selling a materialist life style. Being in a family that had just radio, life was about the simple things - a walk to the park, looking at the stars and planets in the sky, being together.

As a child my favourite thing was laying watching the clouds to see an animal shape or the stars. It still calms me now to go outside and gaze.
