The issue is, even with the standard of proof lowered, unless the SRA actually put forward cases and not dismiss them using excuses we know very well for incredibly serious abuse issues as an example, the lowering of this is pointless? The SRA’s ‘tolerance’ needs changing more so

Thanks for the comments. SRA should properly assess cases. Any person can bring proceedings in the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. But get specialist advice from an expert in tribunal cases. Solicitors have to comply with key principles like integrity even outside of practice.
