I was using the example of the last reported incident. Are you one of these? Is that why you are so passionate about it?

Ok so back to your-they shouldn't be allowed to be called victims until the perp is found guilty. My case is a lawyer that created an entire fake ID to groom and exploit women for sex through online dating. He knew how to stay on the right side of current legislation for fraud.1/2

In that he didn't ask for money but had much from all of us. He has been doing this for at least a decade with the same alias, I am currently 1/11. This type of case hasn't been tried before. Does his lies/deceit abuse mean he's innocent because no historic cases to try against?

BUT there are too many cases because of legislative loop holes (and nothing more) that keep them out of court, so why should those abusers be allowed to carry on/walk away and leave the 'victims' in a worse place themselves?

We have several evidenced cases of abuse (many types) and professional misconduct but they are not interested when reported by a third party/non-client.
