The CPS are so tight that they rarely investigate black and white cases with full evidence, especially with cases like rape. It is an absolute rarity that a case slips through that has been manipulated or like the recent rape case that was proved wrong, was police incompetence.

Ok so back to your-they shouldn't be allowed to be called victims until the perp is found guilty.My case is a lawyer that created an entire fake ID to groom and exploit women for sex through online dating. He knew how to stay on the right side of current legislation for fraud.1/2

In that he didn't ask for money but had much from all of us. He has been doing this for at least a decade with the same alias, I am currently 1/11. This type of case hasn't been tried before. Does his lies/deceit abuse mean he's innocent because no historic cases to try against?

BUT there are too many cases because of legislative loop holes (and nothing more) that keep them out of court, so why should those abusers be allowed to carry on/walk away and leave the 'victims' in a worse place themselves?
