It leaves next gen in the position we are currently where the grubbyness of society has normalised immoral behaviour and archaic legislation with underfunded police means that the complainants don't get the chance to PROVE they are 'victims' or not as investigations don't happen.

Just because there is no law (potentially) to prosecute against does not mean what he does/is doing is 'lawful'. it doesn't mean his victims should be categorised as complainants when we have multiple victim evidence against him, and he has used his legal background to assist?

BUT there are too many cases because of legislative loop holes (and nothing more) that keep them out of court, so why should those abusers be allowed to carry on/walk away and leave the 'victims' in a worse place themselves?
