Example: My ongoing 2017 PC Rimell PSD investigation so far taken 17 MONTHS since
@sussex_police 1st flagged him to@WMPolice PSD. My IPCC Insp Lumb investigation taken 9 MONTHS from start to finish & confirming Misconduct Hearing. IPCC one more complex still done better quicker.

Because of my Brighton postcode! - It's a damning indictment that I now have more! IPCC/PSD investigations/reports against the police officers assigned....than I do against the police suspects they are mean't to get prosecuted

My feeling is that different forces are more efficient at dealing with certain types of cases-hence postcode lottery
