And like your cases Nicola, although legislation appears to be there to cover this behaviour, the reality is very different. There are such huge gaps in the current systems that they get away with far too much. Often existing legislation isn't enforced. Your evidence/research shows the online dating industry is the same as social media - They are happy to provide users a platform & reap the profits...but don't take responsibility for illegal and sinister activity on their websites.
