1) Huge disconnect between was is considered serious by 'normal' society and the legal conviction parameters
2) Public bodies/professionals (like lawyers) should be setting standards of acceptable behaviour
3) Online (sexual abuse) is growing too fast for legislation. Huge gaps and despite report by NCA 2016 that highlights mass rise in online dating initiated sexual abuse/exploitation, untried cases for #catfishing sexual abuse leave victims exposed @McGlynnClare
4) Education need
